Welcome to the website of the Association of Children’s Diabetes Clinicians.  We are a group of Doctors involved in the care of children and teenagers with diabetes across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  The Association was set up to share good practice, to discuss clinical management and the organisation of diabetes services, and to prevent us having to re-invent aspects which already work well in other centres.  Association Members are doctors working at Consultant, Associate Specialist, Staff Grade or Specialty Doctor level, as well as trainees in children’s diabetes in their final 3 years.

This site can be used by the public, especially children and teenagers with diabetes and their families and carers.  There is a page specifically for you which will be further developed over the coming year.

Also other health professionals working in children’s diabetes are welcome to use the site.  You can also register to use the members-only areas of the site if you are working in children’s or young people’s clinic in the UK.  Please complete the request form and you will be e-mailed with a log-in and password.
